Chief Ring Steward Checklist

The Chief Ring Steward is responsible for keeping the ring(s) running on schedule to the specifications of the Judge(s). Do an inventory of supplies after match & update as needed.

• Table for ring(s) - coordinate with Grounds Persons
• Chair for Judge(s)
• Judge Sheets - coordinate with Match Secretary
• Pens
• Mints or other candies and or gum (for judge)
• Rubber Bands (large enough to go around upper arm)
• Water for judge - coordinate with Hospitality Chairperson
• Ribbons - coordinate with Trophy Chairperson
• Trophies - coordinate with Trophy Chairperson
• Obtain persons to use as "poles" for Obedience Figure 8
