Responsible for setting up & cleaning food table(s) at the match site. Do an inventory of current supplies. Coordinate with members regarding food & drink donations (lots of calling & emailing). Hospitality Chairperson is responsible for storing supplies until the next Chairperson is assigned or Match held. Do an inventory of supplies after match & update/replace as needed.
